Are you hard working and adventurous? Think the Arctic is an inspiring environment and wish to share it with others? We are looking to hire new guides at our two wilderness lodges in Canada's Arctic for the summer of 2020.
Weber Arctic is looking to add guides to our team of ambitious adventurers. We are in search of unique individuals that have a passion for adventure - in both providing it and experiencing it.
Our small family operated business has been translating guests dreams into realities for 30+ years. With two lodges in Canada’s Nunavut territory, we provide guests with a large variety of experiences including: sea kayaking the Northwest Passage, fly fishing, fat biking, hiking, quading, and the chance to see polar bears, muskoxen, beluga whales, narwhals, arctic wolves, caribou and much more.

HIRING: Polar Guide at our Arctic Watch Wilderness Lodge and Arctic Haven Wilderness Lodge.
-Guiding guests on the many experiences that we offer
-Work hard around camp to fix, set up, or take down the many structures we have.
-Communicating with guests constantly to ensure that they are having the trip of their dreams.
-Jack of all trades to aid in any camp chores that need tending to.
Preferred skills and experience:
-First aid certification (ideally wilderness specific)
-Firearms licence (PAL)
-Sea kayaking and/or sea kayak guiding experience
-Polar/outdoor guiding experience
-Wildlife tracking experience
-Enjoys challenges and has the ability to solve them. Must be willing to create solutions on the spot to address emerging problems
